Jacqueline Threadgill, a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience, is recognized for launching and building innovative managed care, technologies, and commercialization strategies within the United States, Europe, and Canada for health plans, health systems, and service providers. Jacqueline launched new technologies directed toward improving patient outcomes and healthcare value measurements for companies such as Ambry Genetics. She has held senior leadership roles, where she successfully led managed care, market development, operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and network management.
She currently serves as a Principal for Senergene, focused on improving the healthcare delivery system and patient outcomes. During her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in her local community. Senergene has been recognized as a Goldman Sachs 10KSB small business.
Earlier in her career, Jacqueline served as a senior executive responsible for developing, launching, and leadership of Partnership Health Plan, a Managed Medicaid Plan, and held roles with Highmark BCBS, where she introduced and implemented unique managed programs focused on improving patient care.
Ms. Threadgill received her MBA in the Management of Technology from the NJ Institute of Technology and her BA in Microbiology from Penn State University. She has served on the Pennsylvania Dept. of Public Welfare Workgroup and held various board positions, including the March of Dimes, Sickle-Cell Support Group, and the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Mercer County, NJ.

Kay Jewell, M.D., also known as Dr. Kay, currently serves as the Chief Officer of Clinical Affairs at Senergene Solutions. She is responsible for assisting clients with developing clinical policies, health economic and budget cost models for new technologies, and special programs.
Recognized for her compassion for patient-centered initiatives, Dr. Kay is a trained internal medicine physician specializing in geriatrics, genetics, and mental health. With over fifty years of experience, Dr. Kay formerly served as the Medical Officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Wisconsin Medicare Part B Contractor, where she led national and local policy development and quality measures.
Dr. Kay has worked in the areas of health policy, performance measures, coding, coverage, and reimbursement in the areas of durable medical equipment and general medical conditions, e.g., diabetes and heart disease, rare diseases, inherited genetic conditions Dr. Kay is an advocate for peer-centered services that integrate care for physical and mental health conditions. She has developed training to improve self-management for individuals living with chronic health conditions delivered by community health workers.
Dr. Kay received her medical degree from the UW School of Public Health and Medicine, completed her internal medicine residency at the UWPHM Milwaukee campus and fellowship training in psychiatry and geriatrics at the Middleton VA, Madison W, and completed subsequent training in Holistic Medicine and life coaching.

Maryann Kirschner, a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience, has held leadership positions in areas including hospitals/health systems, reference laboratories, information technology services, outpatient services, and more. She has transformed healthcare through strategy development, financial evaluation and planning, compliance, risk management, business development, and process improvement throughout her career.
MaryAnn formerly served as the Vice President of Hospital and Ancillary Provider Projects, where she leads complex client implementation projects. At K2 Healthcare Consulting, MaryAnn acted as the Chief Executive Officer, where she provided consultative services throughout the United States and specialized in operations, safety, processes, compliance, accreditation, revenue cycle management, reimbursement rules, and regulations. She held similar roles at Chestnut Hill Hospital, Tenet Health System (St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children), Abington Memorial Hospital, and Temple University Hospital, all of which included the management and implementation of systems that improved healthcare efficiency, quality, and patient care.
In addition to her strong leadership and operational background, MaryAnn specializes in technology and software applications, including EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson, and eClinicalWorks. With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Kirschner has led multiple full-cycle EHR implementations, including at St. Christopher’s Hospital, where she provided strategy, design, and project management for the conversion from Cerner to Epic. Noted for her on-time delivery of successful projects, MaryAnn led multiple projects at Kennedy Health, Abington Memorial, and Temple Health Systems.
MaryAnn holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University. Her ultimate goal is to improve healthcare, reimbursement, safety, and compliance.

Recognized as a healthcare growth, strategy, business development, innovation senior executive, Deb brings more than 25 years of deep healthcare experience to Senergene. Formerly with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Deb founded, developed, launched, maintained and lead the most complex categories within the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO): CareSourcing. CareSourcing at BCBSA is focused on ancillary provider national contracting within the BCBS system. Deb developed the area from its inception, focusing on agreements in the areas of Laboratories, DME, Health Engagement, Digital Health, Specialty Pharmacy and other care-oriented national agreements for the BCBS system. Deb led BCBS Plans through the CareSourcing Workgroup consisting participants from all 36 BCBS Plans. She was responsible for the promotion and executive management of all CareSourcing agreements as well as the leadership of the CareSourcing practice area and corresponding team within the GPO.
Prior to joining BCBSA, Deb came had many years of experience in the healthcare industry, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing. She is a highly effective and innovative leader with an extensive background focusing on medically oriented categories/products, holding progressive roles in procurement, supply chain management, group purchasing and contracting in both the public and private sectors. Deb previously worked with Consorta (now HealthTrust) a healthcare GPO, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, CIH healthcare supply chain consulting, Northwestern Memorial hospital and Barnes-Jewish-Christian hospital. Deb is a graduate of Maryville University in Missouri.
Deb is a passionate advocate for various chronic disease states and areas evolution in the areas of diabetes, asthma, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal disease, improvements with ageing, supportive care/caregiver support, digital health, wellness innovations focused on the improvement of day-to-day health and longevity overall.

David Hill, Chief Officer of Provider Services for Senergene, is recognized as an experienced leader with over twenty years of combined payer sales, managed care contract negotiations, product development, and healthcare strategy. Experience. Hill has managed relationships with health plans, workers' compensation insurers, government agencies, TPAs, hospital systems, surgery centers, post-acute facilities, and medical groups.
Before joining Senergene Solutions, David Hill was a senior executive with several healthcare companies. His most recent position was with Aegis Sciences Corporation providing strategic leadership, financial and operational oversight of the company's managed care contracting, payer relationships, and sales efforts. During his time at Aegis, Hill directed a team that increased access to commercial enrollment by 108%.
In addition to managed care, Hill's experience at MedSolutions also included the implementation of the network's billing system, directing the development of a patient scheduling program, and creating client and internal training programs. Hill also worked with cross-functional teams to develop reporting, goals, and incentive plans to improve company performance.
Throughout his career, Hill gained a reputation for expanding customer relationships, managing complex negotiations, and developing innovative reimbursement models for a client base ranging from hospitals, physician groups, ancillary providers, and national networks and insurance companies. He has significant network development experience as well as experience developing and implementing products and services for national clients.
Hill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, and his MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Leslie Castle, Senior Director of Client Operations for Senergene Solutions LLC, is a managed care and client operations leader with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Throughout her career, Leslie has led the management, implementation, and integration of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems throughout complete hospital systems, laboratories, and ambulatory care practices.
As an Informatics Project Manager, Leslie helped develop workflows to ensure meaningful use, quality improvement, safety, and efficiency. At Senergene, she has managed Cerner, Xifin, and Quadax applications, billing, and training teams and has launched new EHR data migrations.
Leslie maintains a current Registered Nursing license in Ohio and previously worked as a research nurse training clinical professionals in quality improvement, compliance, and utilization of clinical information systems to improve workflow and clinical decisions. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron and is an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for nursing.
