Jacqueline Threadgill, a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience, is recognized for launching and building innovative managed care, technologies, and commercialization strategies within the United States, Europe, and Canada for health plans, health systems, and service providers. Jacqueline launched new technologies directed toward improving patient outcomes and healthcare value measurements for companies such as Ambry Genetics. She has held senior leadership roles, where she successfully led managed care, market development, operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and network management.
She currently serves as a Principal for Senergene, focused on improving the healthcare delivery system and patient outcomes. During her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in her local community. Senergene has been recognized as a Goldman Sachs 10KSB small business.
Earlier in her career, Jacqueline served as a senior executive responsible for developing, launching, and leadership of Partnership Health Plan, a Managed Medicaid Plan, and held roles with Highmark BCBS, where she introduced and implemented unique managed programs focused on improving patient care.
Ms. Threadgill received her MBA in the Management of Technology from the NJ Institute of Technology and her BA in Microbiology from Penn State University. She has served on the Pennsylvania Dept. of Public Welfare Workgroup and held various board positions, including the March of Dimes, Sickle-Cell Support Group, and the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Mercer County, NJ.
